There's too much to do since they count hours so that too few staff are working at a time. For example, they want at most 3 employees to do closing duty including the supervisor, tasks such as packing, cashiering, covering produce, counting money, moving items and equipment inside the store and cooler etc. within a short amount of time.
They still use slow 20+ year old computers that break down frequently.
