Job located in the beautiful mountains. Small Company Feel Cutting Edge in Industry
Cons
Over a 10year period there were minimal Raises. No cost of living increases. Business is cyclical. Steep highs and Bad lows. There is no seniority here. Mass layoffs occur frequently. Company will execute mandatory pay cuts when times are bad. Company does not fully recognize employees when times are good. When times are good you will be working like a dog!
