Pros

I absolutely love the freedom to pick and choose when I want to work. The hours, my supervisors, and most of my colleagues are great to work with and it's a happy day to see many of them on the different jobs. The job sites are generally within an easy commute from home and payday is never late!

Cons

Yes, there are sometimes some very long shifts (10+ hrs standing!!) but you have the option to decline those jobs so you're always in control of when, where, and how many hours are acceptable for you.

Pros

The jobs are straightforward and tend to go by quickly, which I really appreciate. I also enjoy the flexibility of being able to choose which events to work. The team is friendly and supportive—I’ve never had any issues with coworkers or seen anyone treated with disrespect.

Cons

I don’t personally have any cons, but some people might find the work too easy or repetitive. For example, I once had an 8-hour shift just watching a grass field to make sure no one played on it—which might feel boring to some.
