      Pros

      Its a good place to learn about TGCM ( Total Gas and Chemical Management ). You will be taught from scratch. The trainers are patient and understanding. Good working team. I was blessed with a good team. Main workplace will be in Mircon Semiconducters in N Coast Dr, Singapore 757432.

      Cons

      Very low Basic salary and OT is encouraged. The low salary will eventually push you to take up shift work ( weekdays and weekends work) to supplement your income.Ideal for Malaysians living across the causeway. Not for Singaporeans as our living cost is higher and our weekends are family time.
