      Pros

      Kingsmen has a fantastic culture and feels like a positive environment, people are friendly and the communication between co workers is always fun and quirky.

      Cons

      Kingsmen is located in the banking city of Charlotte and sometimes that culture rubs off on us and we move slowly with our clients.

      The company has a good process for managing projects. The work is usually interesting. Management and co-workers have a good sense of humor and make it a fun work environment. The office is nice, with snacks and drinks. Flexible work from home policies.

      Cons

      The clients can sometimes be annoying, similar with many consulting positions.
