Pros
Gained a lot of new experience in warehouse operations. Learned the end to end warehouse process from picking, packing, until shipment. Easy to get overtime and earn extra income.
Cons
Basic salary does not match qualification and the job scope is less related to my field. Toxic working environment with unfair and biased management. Heavy workload with low pay. No work life balance.
