Pros
1. A lot of companies out there talk about their emphasis on a good culture, but that's usually all it is - just talk. Kion actually delivers on this front. I have never experienced anything close to the togetherness, helpfulness, and "family" feel that the Kion team provides its employees. Truly one of the best parts of working at Kion. 2. The product is truly unique to the Cloud Tech space and is in a class of its own. Feature updates are worked on and released on a regular basis, with major product enhancements rolled out at least once each quarter, and the organization's commitment to continuously developing an outstanding product is obvious to anyone who touches the software. The UI/UX is absolutely beautiful across the entirety of the platform, while also providing users great levels of detail and functionality across the pillars Kion was designed to address. 3. Great pay + exceptional benefits.
