Flexible working, sort of. There is a social twice a year.
Cons
The offices are like a library and people don't talk. You are not allowed to listen to music unless you clear with your manager that you are going into "do not disturb mode". There is little work to do and the firm does not tender for more work. The positive Glassdoor reviews were most likely written by the partners and are not representative of the offices. You are forced to clockwatch and enter timesheets which are looked over by management all the time. Unnecessary pressure on employees.
