Nothing. The company is a whole mess . Ask everyone and you'll get the same answer - the one who's working there, the one who quitted, and the one who got fired - we all share the same opinion about this company
Cons
I've never seen a company constantly lose managers and sales rep in one single territory for less than 2 years. 4 managers , 5 sales rep quitted. And they still blame it everything on their employees for their failure. The products are terrible and poor quality. You feel embarrassing selling them. Your competitors are no longer gas station vendors - it's Mcdonald and Burger Kings - not because the products are the same quality - but it's because the price is ridiculously high.
