Been here many years ago. Decided to write after retire. Good team gets good and happy daily work. Good benefit. US-EU culture.

Cons

Mix and Mess with wrong people, they’ll turn their other cheeks on you. Work Life Balance? If you base in Asia, lots of work, can never follow Europe culture, saying is just for ears work life balance is never accurate enough.
