Pros
Great start up culture with annual kegger parties and a lot of anonymity in your day to day work. The office is also in a great location in the heart of the entertainment district of Toronto.
Cons
There's minimal transparency between the founders and the employees and what is shared is only half truths. Sales staff were delusional on what the customer really wanted.
