Cons

Knix talks a lot about growth, opportunity, and valuing employees, but my experience with the company was the complete opposite. The turnover rate is extremely high, and after working there, it is easy to understand why. The company clearly plays favorites. Some employees are treated well, while others are pushed aside, ignored, or targeted depending on whether management personally likes them. Hard work, loyalty, and effort do not matter nearly as much as staying in management’s good graces. There is very little real support, coaching, or leadership. Instead of helping employees grow, the culture is often focused on criticism and unrealistic expectations. No matter how hard you work, you are constantly told you need to do more. If a supervisor decides they do not like you, it feels like your job is already over. There does not appear to be proper investigation, documentation, or fairness when concerns are raised. It is easier for the company to cut ties than actually look into situations objectively. The leadership within the company is also questionable. People are promoted into management positions who have no business leading teams, but as long as they say the right things to upper management, it seems to be enough. Employees are discouraged from speaking up because it feels like no one genuinely cares. HR exists to protect the company, not the employees, and many staff concerns are brushed aside or ignored completely. The company also pushes employees to leave positive reviews, which makes many of the online ratings feel misleading and not reflective of the actual employee experience. If you want to work for a stressful company where employees are treated as replaceable, then Knix may be the place for you. The pay may be decent, but the culture, lack of support, and treatment of employees make it difficult to recommend.
