Not knowing if you will have a job day to day. 2nd time laid off as a 2 yr employee after a mass higher over newly hired employees there for 2 months when the volume was not there to support staff currently had. No loyalty to dedicated employees who have made the company successful with record breaking numbers. Higher up not making decisions from the bottom. Favoritism for senior employees who are not following rules implemented making it difficult for operations to function.
