      Pros

      Everyone is very supportive, knows how to get work done and also enjoy! Communication within the team is strong and everyone works towards a common goal efficiently during working hours and there's hardly a need to put into extra hours to overtime. Extensive and comprehensive training to get employees prepared. Interesting games on a monthly basis to reward individual and company wide performances.

      Cons

      Hardly any so far. If we were to work from home mainly, some subsidies for home setup would be great.
