Great pay directly out of college, ability to take on clients of your own, opportunities to travel

Lack of communication from management, no dental benefits

Pros
- Overall friendly people - The couple who aren't super friendly are still fun to drink with - Competitive salary - Small family company (they're more personally invested in you) - Work/life balance is pretty good, even for new auditors
Cons
- No formal training, you learn on the job - Small family company (you can't become a partner, if that's your goal) - Health insurance only (no life/dental/disability) but premiums are covered! - Potentially a long commute depending on where you live - Lots of early morning travel
