      Good learning experience for working in golang

      Cons

      Company hired management from Amazon and tried to treat its small teams of engineers like they worked at Amazon, then they start outsourcing the engineering work alienating long time tech workers which lead to legacy systems failing.

      Actively Trying to Replace People With AI

      The co-workers are great. The environment is fun. The technology is interesting.

      Cons

      Leadership seems to be actively trying to use a new Kochava AI product to replace their employees. While layoffs are being threatened due to bad engineering and product decisions, leadership is attempting to get employees to automate away their job functions with a new AI product. The CEO used to be interesting and insightful but now spouts insane AI buzzwords that remove any sort of interesting value from what he has to say. All this ruins morale and lack of any sort of path forward for anyone's jobs is depressing.
