Pros
Good people around; great camaraderie among the staff; good work life balance. Playful atmosphere and nice people to work with.
Cons
Minimal advancement opportunities; poor salary and benefits; seems like a company going nowhere. There was a lot of infighting between the departments. Manufacturing held sway, was by far the most powerful department so got their way. Also, senior management seemed demotivated because their was a Japanese head so they had limited powers. There was a chaotic atmosphere and most work seemed to be done haphazardly. Lots of people used to leave their jobs , high turnover rate showing that professionally employees were not very satisfied.
