      Quality products with good service quality, like any other Japanese MNCs.

      Cons

      Seniority system not taking into account one's capability. Culture tends to victimize those who don't speak out. Management quality and style very rooted; reward only those who are 'Yes' men; they do not accept 'No' and does not listen

      Extremely unbalanced work load with heavy travel schedule. Very hectic, high pace atmosphere with multiple unprofessional and uneducated managers.
