Only salary and 5 days work week

Cons

Almost everything is bad in terms of management. Unethical work procedure / process towards government bodies. Cheating on work procedures towards customers parts. Practical knowledge from the management, safety are very poor and not actually being implemented, this is to cut cost with no regards to the well being of the workers on the shop floor and many more.........

Nothing - except for work life balance (maybe due to covid )

The management is poor, the accounts department is very rude and unprofessional. There are a number of complained. However, the management didnt take action. The turn overrate for HR department is high.

If you are korean and can take rude remarks

Cons

The CFO makes everyone like his personal slaves and also very degrading to other nationalities expect koreans. No basic manners plus HR also is silent about this behaviour.
