      Lean operation, be prepared to wear multiple hats

      Pros

      Small but tight working environment with helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Operating at a very lean level as company is gearing towards IPO. Too many people working on a stretched level to produce results. Many people are actually overworked because of the lack of manpower in many business functions.

      I am sorry your experience at Kong was not great. We are growing a lot and there are a lot of areas for improvement. We are just in the process of opening another office in Sydney and will continue to grow our operations in Asia. We wish you all the best!

      Great place, and expect the unexpected

      Pros

      1. Challenging use cases when meeting various customers, and also allow us to think of of the box. 2. Product-oriented tech company, exciting tech release coming out on a regular basis. Proactive thinking company that try to keep up with the industry 3. Transparent culture and management

      Cons

      1. Some product decision made, but that is okay since we should agree to disagree 2. Can be very dynamic, and have to wear several hats, but that's the fun of it. Just hope the management appreciate our effort to serve our customers well
