Good worklife balance, but really depends heavily on the department/division you end up with You may get a lot of autonomy if you end up with the right department

Cons

A lot of politicking at the senior management level. Rarely affects most of the everyday employee but it might set up divisions against each other. A japanese MNC so expect some bias
