Cons
The CEO has a terrible habit of insulting and bullying his employees. To make matters worse, he rarely speaks to employees in private, he will berate them out in the open of the office for everyone else to hear. The CEO will also contradict himself constantly. He will change his mind on the direction of any given project without warning, sometimes at the very last minute before a deadline, and he never takes responsibility for the consequences, he only blames others. On a number of occasions while working at Koolbit, my co-workers and I were told that we were not adults, that we were not professionals, and that we had no worthwhile ideas or suggestions. Needless to say, I never felt respected or valued as an employee.
