      Great team and decent work load. Never have to work too hard but room to do more if you choose

      Leadership doesn’t follow through with initiatives and tends to be making it up as they go along.

      Pros

      Great culture! Wonderful place to begin and develop a career! Managment expects input from employees unlike other companies I have worked at. Great benefits! They so have high expectations but nothing that cannot be achieved.

      Cons

      There aren't really any downsides to working here.
