Favoritism is insane in lab, some can do as they please while others are worked to death, low pay and old dangerous condition. Lab safety is minimal and incompetence in management is high. They pretend to listen and never actually make any changes

Small company with large footprint Relatively flat org chart...you will have a direct line to the owners for better or worse
Cons
You won't receive a performance review or PIP...if you're still employed, that means you're in good standing High likelihood of being fired in the first year The bonus is a bait and switch...management won't tell you what metrics are used to determine pay out...they'll just fire you rather than withhold the bonus Waiting period of a year to contribute to their 401k Health insurance premiums are astronomical if you don't live in Michigan No real company culture to speak of
