      Good training and support on driving

      The worst company I ever worked for in years. Take pictures of you, staff tattle on you creating a toxic culture. Safety department says it’s not tattling it’s reporting. Out to penalize drivers getting safety bonus and they don’t practice safety in the warehouse in Preston; open drain grates left over 6 weeks, poor lighting……. The list goes on…… International trucks broke down all the time….just awful place… safety awards, someone paid for them….

      Good Equipment, Good Shop and Maintenance, Good Safety and Compliance Department, Good Industry Reputation, Other Company Drivers are willing to help out newer drivers.

      Cons

      Low Pay Rates, Too much Redundant Paperwork, Spend too much time waiting on dispatch to assign loads, Spend too much time waiting for paperwork to clear at border crossings, Lots of wasted time waiting which costs drivers money, Not enough money paid to driver for downtime / waiting time.
