Pros
Ownership is incredible. It hits differently to work underneath people you respect, and that is true for me at every level at Kroff.
They have created a culture of cooperation and harmony, while still incentivizing competition in a healthy manner.
So many resources across the country to pull from and all are willing to help.
Management is about empowering the reps to do what they do best.
Commission structure is very good relative to other larger competitors.
I don't have anything negative to say at this point, which is new for me. I have worked at several companies that have had awful management, disinterested ownership, etc
If you have the opportunity to work with Kroff, take it.
Another breath of fresh air is my manager. Great guy. He cares. He is there to help you find success in anyway he can.
He isn't there to live off the back of your hard work. He is there to help you be the best you can be. In doing so, that benefits him, of course, but it feels genuine all the same.
Kroff does a great job at aligning incentives to maximize output.
Cons
I don't have any at this point.
