      Pros

      Able to work together in a peace and harmony environment. Everyone can be friend and hang out after work.

      Cons

      Alot of Red Tape, slow increment unless there are promotion, most top management are not technical trained; thus difficulty in understanding technical problems.

      Pros

      Typical 9-5 as long as you do your work no one bothers you. The company culture is purely made up of introverts

      Cons

      The job description during my interview was very misleading. There is no sense of guidance or organization amongst administration. Don't try and ask for feedback because you won't get anything concrete. There is no sense of being part of a team. It's a company made up of a sink or swim mentality. There is no room for growth or improving the current way of working.
