As of now no cons on the company

They have single client where almost all employees are deployed. Less job security. Lot's of politics onshore folks do. They treat themselves as manager, they don't have ethics that how to talk. Very poor English communication, if you work for 10 year you will be developer only. There are lack of quality work. Some time you may end up writing test cases for more than 6 months. People are getting frustrated and suffering because of lack of management and dirty politics.

1. They will have variable pay but you need to do some certification but you won't get approval for it 2. Not much projects available 3. No job security

No job security no proper Hr team , no projects and senior management is not professional

There is no job security, Devika from the HR Team Recruited me and sai from false JD. She could not say the technical accepts clearly and also the company profile was not clearly explained. No timing is intimated to me as soon as joined. I was sitting under the bench for the past 3 to 4 months due to lack of projects they ask me to putdown the papers.
