Pros

Worked with a lot of nice people in centre .money was good at first because of sales bonus with rewards for customer service and not just sales

Cons

as an old school manager coming from a fitter you had to be able to fit to sort out any problems caused by fitters but now as long as you are yes boss man you can go up the ladder.can not get time owed for working your days off ,fitters had to argue with opps manager to get paid overtime and a lot of good staff left because of this .DD came up with idea of opening at 7.30 for no extra pay but staff who started at that time could finish at 5.00 sounds ok but does not work in small centre with no staff .opps managers should practice what they preach.after one fitter was off sick for 16 months then came back to work within a year he was off again for 3 months no help sent ,left with only 2 people in centre and some day with no fitters was told just to get on with it .then in the last few days I got help for 2 days by opps manager who came to see what it is all about.he did not use seat covers ,get customers to sign quotes , did not fill in job sheets , did not torque all wheels up and paper work was poor.but he did send email to DD saying we need help
