      Pros

      + stable job + great for retirement + low turnover; people stay for a long time + work-life balance + decent bonus + aws + no challenge, can work the same job for 10 years + some allowance + people are generally nice and polite

      Cons

      - low pay, low increment, severely below market rate - promote based on seniority - benefits no change for many years - low annual leave - basic benefits - typical japanese culture - no flexibility, strict culture, micromanaging, no trust for employees, no open door policy - people have biased thinking and old fashion mindset - lots of processes and paperwork - difficult to no room for change/improvement

      No pros at all honestly

      Cons

      - No OT means not hardworking enough - No proper training - Make one mistake you will be flagged throughout - Management dont care about welfare, all they care is revenue -Micro Managing -Dont expect much on salary, expected to do 2/3 person job - People left because of poor management

      Weekends and public holidays off, office hours.

      Cons

      Refuse to employ staff and expect everyone to take 3 people's role. Low pay. No baclup when staff takes long holiday or served SHN and when things happened, blame it on staff. No business directives. Provided possible solutions to improve income but was told they do not do that cos it was never done. Saying the team is bad but only say we are good after we started leaving 1 by 1.
