The environment is full of creative people, there are plenty of agents who take your best interest into hands.

The name and the status of being with them.

Cons

If you don’t book, they want nothing to do with you. One moment there sending the sweetest messages upon booking a job, next minute (when you are released from the job) they immediately are annoyed you exist.
