Pros

In years past, this was an exciting place to work. Now people are leaving in droves, and for good reason.

Cons

Words simply can not express how truly ecstatic I am *not* to be employed at L-com any longer. Under the new management (Jensen), the work environment became oppressive and hostile. Jensen has put into place a management team, consisting of his “yes-men” from his previous jobs. This new team is on a mission to destroy the company, quash employee growth and satisfaction, and bully the ones who worked so long and hard to make the company successful. This is no longer a successful company. The workforce is miserable. Somebody else referred to Jensen and “his cronies” as tyrants. Nothing could be further from the truth. Jensen is an egotistical, pathetic little man with an explosive, volatile personality. It’s his way or the highway. Employees with vast knowledge and decades of experience are being cast aside (read: fired) because “Jensen knows better” than everyone else. The only thing Jensen seems to be proficient at is ruining L-com. If the parent company (Odyssey) does not wake up and take notice of how Jensen and his team are failing the company, their investment will be lost, and soon. The only way I would ever return to L-com is if Jensen and every single person he hired is gone from the company forever. Do not even think of applying for a job at L-com. The working environment is horrible with the constant bullying from executive management. The HR Director seems ineffective in handling this serious issue. In short, you would be better off supporting yourself by trying to sell underwear to a nudist than by working at L-com. Steer clear.

Pros

This used to be a great company (before Jensen), where each employee was valued. Not anymore.

Cons

The "CEO", Mr Jensen, is a tyrant. He came from the automotive industry (where he as fired...should have been a red flag right there!) and he thinks he can run L-Com as if it were an automotive manufacturer. He's wrong. He appears to be in way over his head in terms of his ability to lead this (or any other) company. The employee morale is in the toilet thanks to this tyrant. Bonuses for the non-executives have been slashed significantly (75%!). Sales are down....WAY down. This is a company about to implode thanks to the mis-guidance of Jensen and all his cronies.

Pros

There isn't much good to say about this company. There are a few nice people and they try really hard to make a good work environment.

Cons

The president of the company is really creepy. He called me into his office for a "conference" and the whole time he was playing a porno movie on his computer. I couldn't see the screen but I could hear the sound. Awful. Awful. He has fired every woman in the company except a few who quit because he made them so uncomfortable. He uses really foul language full of sexual cursing and calls people by "nick names" made up from private body parts. Disgusting.
