Pros

Can work as hoc and earn a bit of extra money

Cons

LAH do not have your back at all if the clients don’t like you your out!! Have to fit the brand!! If your job share has been there longer they think they are your boss. Cannot EVER leave the desk, no lunch break. 60 seconds max to use the toilet. Lone working. Very sly company, they favour employees. Lost my pension after 2.5 years of work, was told to contact Nest?? You can give, give, give and no appreciation. One little issue and I felt bullied into resigning. No sick pay, no bank holiday pay. If your shifts falls on a bank holiday you get nothing.

Pros

All the team and tenants except two managers

Cons

It was consistent aggressive attacks - mainly because of insecurities and inexperienced people that have gained a role of power by favouritism or nepotism but fall short on professionalism, duty of care and talent. Where there is a lack of talent - this is then deflected into a multitude of manipulation and reasons to blame even when there’s nothing to be blamed - often you will be the scapegoat just for their inadequacy. If you’ve taken the role, best option is to find another job and leave asap, you’re unprotected and in an unsafe environment. If you are someone that likes to work well and be an asset to the team - you won’t win in this team you will just be treated as a threat. Very sad. Although there will be apologetic gestures like taking you to coffee to say sorry, the bad behaviour just continues in different forms. It won’t get better, they have no intentions of creating a heathy working environment. There is a conflict of interests surrounding this role which leads to bullying to ensure you don’t feel welcome or out perform the role. As it’s all done in a covert manner and in 121 meetings no one else is seeing this side of people. You’ll be subjected to covert bullying, aggression, passive aggression and abuse of power in this role. The people that could make or break your experience, aim to break it. The people that could help you are unavailable to help as they are emotionally connected to each other and thus approach all topics with anger and no reason. So there’s no support or nurturing. One creates drama and is a primary bully and the other is supposed to help but instead behaves unprofessionally and instead is just an angry back up to the primary bully’s attacks. You’re hired in to a situation that is set up against you and you have no one to turn to. TOXIC Avoid at all costs

Pros

Its a job and pays a wage. Thats why they get 1 star. Most of time left alone to get on with it.

Cons

Everything is for the companies own advantage, no sick pay no bank hol pay and no pay rises. No yearly reviews either. When I started the money was half decent and they seemed to really care about you, but I soon learnt there's favoritism, no support, and equal pay with your JB isnt a given. Its all about the contract with them. Don't be fooled by the face. Why stay you wonder? Well that's because circumstance forces me to.
