Pros

1. A few good games to work on. 2. The development team is genuinely filled with curiosity and consistently delivers 3. As a designer, we get to look at multiple aspects of game development especially hardware. 4. A few nurturing seniors (but most left)

Cons

1. A lack of direction at the executive level, mostly knee jerk reactions rather than a long term strategy. 2. High turnover, we had some really good people and most left. 3. A culture of hidden fear that is masked by surface layer employee feedback structure. 4. Mediocre pay at best, bonuses are rare, planning in product development is non existent. 5. A very old school way of looking at employees as property rather than assets.
