1. A lack of direction at the executive level, mostly knee jerk reactions rather than a long term strategy.
2. High turnover, we had some really good people and most left.
3. A culture of hidden fear that is masked by surface layer employee feedback structure.
4. Mediocre pay at best, bonuses are rare, planning in product development is non existent.
5. A very old school way of looking at employees as property rather than assets.
