      Pros

      Great environment to work in. Everyone takes their work seriously but knows how to relax and have fun. The willingness of people to take time to help you if you need support and pitch in the extra effort to get things done makes the workplace an encouraging one. The opportunity for personal growth is prevalent. and the learning does not stop. Being on the front edge of such an exciting industry keeps us all motivated.
