Pros

There were nice people working

Cons

Never pays salary on time, and the salary is weirdly spilt into two. Funnily enough, even after a month of working, employees have to keep waiting for the salary, and keep asking when the salary will be received. The finance guy constantly keeps saying the CEO hasn't approved. In my tenure of working, they never paid on the day they mentioned on the contract. The management and HR is just one team, who works for the benefit of the CEO. HR just hires and fires based on the management, to be honest there's nothing great about the HR policies. There's no salary increments based on employee's performance. The performance review is just an act to lie, where no good about the performance is ever mentioned so they just don't have to increase the compensation. I've even had to face verbal abuse from my manger and constant bugging even after work hours. He constantly calls or text even during the lunch break. The worst manager I've had in my career. They reward and promote a set liked by the higher management.

Pros

*Can gain some experience since you have to research and work.

Cons

*HR policies are worst to the core and they change it the way they want to. *CEO acts like a dumb because he puts his head in everything. *The main strategy of this company is to pressurize everyone and get the work done. *you can't enjoy your off days because they will make you work plus they request you to work on early-mornings. *If you are in the probation period you will get your salary paid with one month delay but if you get permanent it can delay up to 2 months or more. *If you get permanent you have to give 2 months notice to leave the company. *Staff doesn't have any other benefit other than delayed salaries. *The HR and the management does not follow rules or regulations. *Staffs resign here on regular time interval. *They don't do what they promise to the customers.
