I am enjoying my time at LDG Development. Good leadership, a tasty lunch is provided every Wednesday, fun company social outings, the corporate office is beautiful, fun co-workers, great compensation, average benefits package, a “real” work/life balance, and overall a fun company to work for.

Cons

Two weeks isn’t enough vacation time for your first year, three weeks isn’t enough vacation time after your first year, no “real” company perks, and no “real” hybrid work schedule. - Give us more employee perks!

None anymore; company used to be great but went super corporate and no longer treats its employees like people.

Cons

Management is terrible: no communication, inept, all talk and no action, turtle-slow at making any changes, lie to and degrade the employees.
