- Same as pro, you get ignored. - No trust because the company is doing shady stuff - Codebase is not valuable or competitive in the software market - Bad product model (charging for an SDK with better alternatives on github for free) - Very large turnover rating, several empty desks - No appreciation for employees - Codebase is filled with garbage, comments, and has not been maintained in a very long time. - always blocked from working because you don't have access to source control (lack of trust) - Lying to employees about code reviews/raises - Using 3rd party open source libraries that died for a reason. - Will go belly-up eventually - There will be no training, direction, or help if you get stuck. - Toxic company culture
