      Know the business and then ask: is this the kind of finance company you want to work for? Accounting has checks written but rarely sent out. Leasing language is NOT standard hell or high water...customer rarely notified in a timely manner of options. Largest head count dept. is Collections...

      A Call Center Environment Everyday -Very High Presure

      Pros

      Good staff to work with and lots of friendly people in the trenches. If you are in the copier business there is lot of potential. The business is drive based on copier leasing.

      Cons

      All other lines are still treated like they should follow the copier model. Dealers must hve good credit or they will not be looked at as partners.
