      There are zero pros to working for a company that discriminates against employees based on their gender.

      - Female employees are paid less than their male counterparts for doing the exact same work. - Women are treated as if they are incapable, ignored, and disrespected by management. - The work is brutally demanding, with no real support or appreciation. - Even men are burned out and stuck, since there are no clear paths for growth or development. - This place offers nothing but stress, disrespect, and dead ends.
