Management and HR do not hold employees accountable. This results in frequent absenteeism, which puts additional stress and workload on hardworking employees.

Corporate management is horrible, especially corporate quality. You have a regional manager who is vastly under skilled, let alone petulant. There is a VP of quality who is very hands off, yet insists you work 60+ hours a week and get severely underpaid for it. There is another corporate quality manager, but she oversees about 3 conflicting departments and isn’t available usually until late at night. HR person is very novice, corporate operations management are far removed and cannot get along with corporate quality. Take a look at the turnover rate for this company and location. Just an all around horrible company who treat their employees awful.
