Big company -Lots of locations -Company is publicly traded and too big to fail -always hiring

Cons

-hire from outside instead of promoting from within in very many cases -expensive benefits -lack any 401k matching -pay varies widely based on location -equipment/ facilities poorly maintained

Not Bad But Can Be Stressful

Pros

Easy to pick up for an entry level supervisor. Good pay for work. Management are good at helping you learn and support you. You don't take work home with you. Some dock/warehouse employees are great and show respect to others, including leadership.

Cons

No 401k match and limited holidays paid off are a bummer.
