The staff. The direct management team were always available, supportive and happy to share knowledge and experience. Staff want to do well and deliver good service to all. The business was supportive of staff during the pandemic.

During my time, opportunities for growth in the wider company. Implementing process and procedures took time, needed to be pro active rather than re active at times
