Employee benefits are high, the commission structure includes no compensation for first 90 days no matter how many people you put to work; required to be on ‘on call’ on rotating weekly schedule; also required to do check ins for a client on sat and sun at 5:15AM; no extra compensation; for employees to be allowed to wear jeans on Friday, they must allow a specified amount to be deducted from your paycheck to put towards non profits; very high turnover and low morale in the office.

Management is very poor quality. Very unprofessional environment. Anyone from Human Resources would cringe in this office.

Not much of a good experience.

Cons

Low pay and bad commission structure. Steal your candidates and clients and justifies why they did it. Overall terrible company, no vacation or sick days.
