Inconsistent team management, poor communication, lack of direction

Pros

Fun colleagues to work with Depending on the teams you work in, some managers are truly helping towards your career development and try to take your feedback.

Cons

Very poor communication from the management, no concept of weekly team meetings or regional meetings to keep everyone on the same page. In some areas, there could be a lack of true leadership to really push the company to the next growth stage and might just remain stagnant in years to come. Lower than market salary.

Good place to be in because not much office politics. There’s class pass benefits.

Salary is on the low side in the market. And progression usually quite stagnant

Pros

Office environment is very nice, and more work benefits have been added over the years. This role can give you a lot of exposure to different sides of the business as well as opportunities to potentially move to different roles within the company and/or relocate to one of the other branches of the company. This is a team that has several members around the world, but despite that, the communication between the different offices is good and all teammates keep each other updated with weekly meetings and daily communication.

Cons

There's no an official work-from-home policy and it's up to the manager of each team to agree on how many days you can work from home.
