      Declining benefits and poor management lead to turnover

      Pros

      Benefits were okay, got worse the longer I was there. They went from BCBS to a self funded insurance plan and the price got high.

      Cons

      No training for roles, extremely high turnover, directors over the physicians division are a joke. I worked there for a year before I met my manager in person. It was all over the phone. Very political.
