      Great platform for oil and gas industry, but management is in chaos...

      Pros

      Good experiences, ability to travel for work. Good working environment in the office. Centralized office location. Good balance of work in office and on site.

      Cons

      With the ability to travel for work, you are required to be "activated" as and when required. Meaning you will be expected to cancel your planned vacations if required. No compensation for holidays on Saturday. Poor HR or even no HR in the office. Poor welfare in the office, we buy our own cakes to give colleagues.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to get involve in different type of projects and different type of clients; not only the project for marine operation, oil and gas, renewables energy, but also working closely with Lawyers, Insurances, Brokers, Ship Owners etc.

      Cons

      While there is high number of opportunities, sometime is hard to catch those opportunities because the projects move quickly and you simply have no time due to the workload and limited numbers of people.

      Pros

      Everyone works on time and leaves on time. Small headcount so it easier top request for leaves or assistance.

      Cons

      No overtime for extra work on the day. Works on off days are given as leaves which can only be cash at face value for average daily pay.
