      * High performing culture *Collaborative * Put People first * Great internal development plans for every employee *Co-founders and Management really think of their employees and our company core values. * Its a high expectations, high performing culture driven by transparency and constant feedback.

      Cons

      *None. At this point, I've never been happier at a job!

      Pros

      - Because of the lean team, you’ll get to learn and be responsible for a lot - Challenging problems - A budget for free products every month

      Cons

      - Clear favoritism - Terrible offboarding. The company will lay off almost a third of the team overnight, but once you give notice, they give you the cold shoulder - Undue pressure from the leadership team. The pandemic brought unforeseen challenges, the way leaders dealt with it drove away talented team members - You take on more work than what was described in the JD, but do not get adjusted compensation - Leadership would rather pay external teams than trust employees

      Pros

      A lot of great people, and an easy mission to get behind. I enjoyed the larger conversations around reproductive health and wellness.

      Cons

      The leadership could use a lot of work. There is very little room for career advancement, and junior employees are incredibly underpaid. Transparency is a company value, but I didn't feel that there was follow through.
