Don’t Do It

Pros

The health benefits are decent.

Cons

Just don’t do it. Don’t work here. Don’t temp here. Don’t contract here. The Executive team does not care about employees. They only care about making money which they cut corners to do by any means necessary. You will work endless hours, be under paid and not making a livable wage, and you’ll have an unmanageable workload. You will be stressed and work in a toxic environment. You will be told to turn a blind eye to bad practices and you will be retaliated against if you speak up (especially if you work under SVP in Orange Ops). I worked here for years and there is no amount of money in the world that would make me return. Don’t be fooled by the “fake good” reviews. In the last year, 8 key critical managers who been with the company for years quit. Take your talents to a company that will value your worth and what you bring to the table.

Pros

Surround by wonderful coworkers, who work hard and help you as much as they can.

Cons

HR is a joke. Basically, do whatever ExCom told them to do. All the complaints and suggestions are down to the drain after we submitted. It's not a safe place to work when HR doesn't do their jobs, employees can't go to them for resources. Upper-management doesn't care about its employees. They can lay you off right away if we don't meet the numbers for that month.
