its very political if you move up, no matter how hard you work. they look for a reason to fire you if you get injured on the job. no regard for safety, which is why a man was killed on the job out there in October claim its easy to test to next position but if management doesnt like you, you dont get trained.

Turnover is at an all time high throughout the entire corporation due to management making decisions without any regard to the employees. Even those that have years of dedicated experience. We are NOT one team. Management does not care. PERIOD. MAJOR RED FLAGS 🚩 Management is too top heavy. When new management gets brought in, they push everyone out that knows how to do their job because they know more than management.
